Special attention is given to training workers for production in high-demand professions such as welding training.
Training sessions focused on teamwork, communication, and managerial skills are also regularly held for employees who interact externally, as well as for managers at all levels. Additionally, we organize the annual Elasijada worker games, where we spend the whole day socializing with laughter, a relaxed atmosphere, games, and sports. Sector-specific team-building events are also organized, aiming for a sense of unity among all of us.
Work Safety
Every newly hired employee undergoes detailed training in occupational health and fire protection. Our top priority is the safe and secure work of our employees, ensuring compliance with all occupational safety conditions, including appropriate workwear, footwear, and other protective equipment.
First aid kits are placed throughout all work locations for quick response in case of injury. For fire protection, in addition to strategically positioned hydrants with water and all types of fire extinguishers, fire exits, routes, and assembly points are clearly defined.
